Who is responsible
O'Nine Studio ("O'Nine", "we") in Tetovo, North Macedonia, is responsible for personal data sent through this website. Contact us at info@onine.dev about anything in this notice.
What we collect and why
When you use the consultation or inquiry form, we receive the details you enter: your name, company, email address, country, the topic you choose, your message and any optional details or PDF you attach. We use them only to reply to you and to discuss a possible engagement. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries, or steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.
Please don't send invoices, financial records or other people's personal data through the forms. If an engagement goes ahead, any processing of such data is agreed separately in writing.
Service providers
We use a small number of providers to run this website:
- FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) delivers form submissions to our inbox.
- Cloudflare hosts and delivers the website, and processes technical request data such as IP addresses to do so and to protect it from abuse.
- Google Fonts provides the typefaces; your browser requests them from Google's servers.
No analytics or tracking
This website does not use analytics, advertising trackers or marketing cookies. It stores no cookies of its own.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry correspondence for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and any resulting engagement, and delete it when it is no longer needed.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your personal data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it, by emailing info@onine.dev. If you are in the EU or EEA, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Changes
We may update this notice; the date at the top shows the latest version. See also our terms of use.
